Cranio Sacral therapy is an extremely gentle hands-on therapy where the therapist tunes in with the patient's body as he/she lies down on a treatment couch. The therapist works with the natural rhythms of the body to increase vitality, release tensions and promote general health. The patient almost immediately starts feeling very relaxed and the state of relaxation carries on usually throughout the whole session.
The effects, if not immediately felt after the session, will normally be experienced in the patient's every day life as an improvement of their well-being.
